Sitescope - BSM: Windows Services State Monitor

Hi.

I have a question about Windows Services State monitor. Is there a way to show CI per each service in a BSM view using Service State Monitor as occur with Dynamic Disk Space monitor? I mean, how to show all filtering services as a children of Windows Services State monitor node in BSM view-model.

Thanks in advance.

I think you question is related to modeling configuration using specific sis monitor , if yes you have to create a model to your service and decide what is the parent and what are the child's.

Hope this can help you

Thank you

Re: Sitescope - BSM: Windows Services State Monitor

Hello,

No, it is no t possible as this monitor doesn't support "multiple" CIT as dynamic disk. You could use other or custom CIT (instead of Default "Computer") to create an extra CI that represents ALL monitored services but not one CI per each. Extra CI will be linked to monitor's CI by "monitored by" relation.
