Upgrade BSM 9.24x to 9.26x

Hello Expert!

We would like to upgrade our current BSM9.2x to 9.26. Kindly note we are integrate below tools:-

SM-9.3x 

uCMDB-10.10

NNMi-10.10

OMW-9.0

Sitescope-11.24

It would straight forward upgrade it will be tricky one. As mentioned above we are integrated with all the above tools.

We have single machine where gateway and DPS is installed.

Under the 'Home' menu, select 'My Support'

Sign in if prompted (or create an ID if you don't already have one)

Select 'Manuals'

On the left, select 'application performance management' under 'Products'

Under 'Version', select '9.26'

Then enter 'complete' in the search field and you should find 'BSM 9.26 Complete Doc Set' which contains all the docs for BSM 9.26, and will be very useful to you.  Download and unzip BSM_926_Complete_Doc_Set.zip, and then unzip the BSM_926_Deployment_Guides_Package.zip.  The upgrade doc is BSM_926_UpgradeGuide92x_926.pdf.  You could search for that directly, but it's really worth having the whole set.  It's also important to check the BSM_926_SysReqs_SupportMatrixes.pdf doc (in BSM_926_Planning_Guides_Package.zip) to see if you need to upgrade anything else on your BSM servers, data collectors and client machines.
