Hi ericmorris,

depending on the SiteScope version you should be able to find a trace of such activitiies in <SiteScope>\logs\audit.log*,
for example

2019-01-10 15:44:54 - User: SiteScope Administrator. Operation performed: logged in.
2019-01-10 15:48:52 - User: SiteScope Administrator. Operation performed: UPDATE Monitor 'SiteScope\SGTest\Link Check KJ' start:
2019-01-10 15:48:52 - User: SiteScope Administrator. Operation performed: Monitor 'SiteScope\SGTest\Link Check KJ' update: '_disabled' updated from '' to 'checked'.
2019-01-10 15:48:52 - User: SiteScope Administrator. Operation performed: UPDATE Monitor 'SiteScope\SGTest' end.

This entry
2019-01-10 15:48:52 - User: SiteScope Administrator. Operation performed: Monitor 'SiteScope\SGTest\Link Check KJ' update: '_disabled' updated from '' to 'checked'.
indicates
at 2019-01-10 15:48:52
for the monitor 'SiteScope\SGTest\Link Check KJ'
the user "SiteScope Administrator" changed the flag "_disabled" from '' to 'checked' -> monitor has been disabled

Yes through the Audit logs . Generate a report and see when the monitor is disabled and if you have the audit log available for that day . You will be able to find it
