query error, Unavailable connection! The connection has been returned to the pool
I'm trying to resolve a periodic dbsql monitor error in HP SiteScope 11.30 that reads, "query error, Unavailable connection! The connection has been returned to the pool and is no longer available". There are potentially multiple dbsql and other monitor types that have been configured. I believe that this may be resolved by balancing the different options for "Database Connection Settings: physically close if idle=10, query timeout=1, idle connection timeout=5", "Monitor Run Settings: error frequency=5min, verify error=disabled", etc. Right now, I'm taking what I believe to be the default values for all of these.
Has anyone ran into this error and re-balanced these or other thresholds ??
