sendEvent.bat not working with BSM 9.26

Hello,

I'm trying to send a test event to BSM OMi.

c:\HPBSM\opr\support>sendEvent.bat -t "my event test"
Request failed with status code 400:
Error: Receiving events is disabled.

OR

c:\HPBSM\opr\support>sendEvent.bat -t TestEvent -d "Test: Database Performance Low" -s warning -nh oml-db.mambo.net -rch orcl -eh DatabasePerformanceLow
Request failed with status code 400:
Error: Receiving events is disabled.

In Infrastructure Settings I enabled "enable sendEvent" in Applications -> Operations Management -> Send Event Settings. I also restarted BSM.

Hmm, thanks for your update Asaf.

My environment is an upgrade from 9.25 IP2, not a new clean install.

Re: sendEvent.bat not working with BSM 9.26

Please use this:

%TOPAZ_HOME%\opr\support\opr-support-utils.bat

and check parameter value:

opr-support-utils.bat -get_setting -context opr -get opr.event.receiver.disableReceivingEvents

If it is "true", change it to "false":

opr-support-utils.bat -set_setting -context opr -set opr.event.receiver.disableReceivingEvents false
