sitescope status status is not propagating in BSM

HI All,

 

I have integrated to BSM  9.10 to Sitescope11.0, it displays the KPI's and CI's, but those are not showing the sitescope status results(like green or red).

 

If I have updated any threshold setting it meet the requirement the status  is not reflecting in BSM.

 

This issue is top priority, Please suggest me.

Hi Srinivas

 

Did you try check a SiteScope monitors view? This is the default view for sitescope monitors, groups and profiles.

By default, the status of a sitescope monitor is related with "Legasy System" KPI. If you would like to use custom HI and KPI for status calculation you should configure the HI manually or use sitescope metric mapping in SAM.

 

Also you can check BSM integration log on the SiteScope server. If there are any problems with sending SiteScope samples to the BSM server you'll be able to find errors in this log.

I'm sure that the issue would be already solved by now but for the sake of knowledge sharing, I had a similar issue recently and it would be worth checking if KPI data is being saved in BSM database ('Save KPI data over time for this CI' option should be enabled, from Admin>Dashboard>KPI of your intrest).
