Re: we are not able to generate BSM logs for 9.40 APM

The below steps are when APM is installed on "C:" Drive. If not, you need to edit the "go.bat" and "go-gui.bat" and change the drive from C to the one that you are using.

- Close Log Grabber (if open)

- Backup original \tools\LogGrabber\grabber-conf.xml somewhere outside BSM installation folder

- Replace \tools\LogGrabber\grabber-conf.xml with attached file

- Depends on the OS edit go.bat and go-gui.bat or saveLogs.sh

for go.bat and go-gui.bat:

                * locate last string and set classpath value equal to next string:

                -classpath "%PRODUCT_HOME_PATH%\tools\LogGrabber\LogGrabber.jar;lib\log4j.jar;%LIB_DIR%\xercesImpl.jar;%LIB_DIR%\*"

   * save the file

for saveLogs.sh :

                * locate CLASSPATH="${PRODUCT_HOME_PATH}/tools/LogGrabber/LogGrabber.jar:${LIB_DIR}/*"

                and change it to

   * save file

- No BSM restart required

- Run Log Grabber as admin

- Check if issue persists
