We are actively working on this as part of the March 2020 release of ESM. The console application is actually a 64-bit application however it appears we've done something wrong in compiling the icon which alerts the OS whether the app is 32- or 64-bit. In the meantime you can still run the console using the following steps:
As an update, our next release of ESM, version 7.2.1, will be delivered at the end of April and will contain a fix for this issue. As mentioned previously, the application itself is a 64-bit application, however the launcher application was not tagged as such.
