Add 64bit support for ArcSight ESM console 7.0.x on macOS 10.15+

ArcSight console is not working on macOS 10.15+, because it is 32bit application. We need 64bit version of ArcSight Console on macOS 10.15+.

We are actively working on this as part of the March 2020 release of ESM.  The console application is actually a 64-bit application however it appears we've done something wrong in compiling the icon which alerts the OS whether the app is 32- or 64-bit.  In the meantime you can still run the console using the following steps:

1. Open Terminal
2. cd /Applications/arcsight/Console/current
3. ./arcsight console

Yes, it works. The only thing we hade to change was the folder to /Applications/arcsight/Console/current/bin .

As an update, our next release of ESM, version 7.2.1, will be delivered at the end of April and will contain a fix for this issue.  As mentioned previously, the application itself is a 64-bit application, however the launcher application was not tagged as such.
