Submitting the feature request to allow non-admins to unlock cases in ESM.
We have a group of analysts and a SOC lead; none of which are administrators in ESM. If an analyst forgets to unlock a case and goes off shift, no one can unlock the case except for an administrator.
It would be nice to have a permission similar to "Case Delete" that can be assigned to a user group so a manager or SOC lead can unlock cases without waiting for an ESM administrator.
