Dear Developer and technical support

This is Jason, park who the partner engineer for korea customer.

If you don't mind, could you please review below customers request?

subject : Request function enhancement for logger console

Environment

   - 6 EA logger 7.0 server receive event from connector and store to storage group (Save logger)

   - 2 EA logger 7.0 server search and run scheduled report (search logger)

Issued symptom

   - When the scheduled report can't run at it's scheduled time, the report status shows "pending" with just one line entry

   - But there are no information like this pending report have to run at what time of schedule or etc.

   - Also there are no alert for pending schedule to customer alert.

Customer expectation

  - When the rending report happen, how about email notification which can be setting to admin configuration?

Also , this email notification show the pending report's information like what time of scheduled report going to pending.

  - If the "Pending report" happen , the admin or user check the pending reports information like above email information

If above function adding to future logger, the customer will be happy with some management side issue. 🙂

Thank you in advanced
