User-Configurable Display Timezone in Logger

In a globally operating company you work in different timezones. Timestamps are often displayed in the timezone a computer (e.g. Citrix Server running ESM console/browser) is located which is not necessarily where the user is located.

To unify timestamps for better global collaboration, we have decided to only use GMT timestamps in tickets and other communication. To facilitate this, it is desirable to display GMT timestamps in all our tools such as ESM and Logger.

While the display timezone is configurable in ESM, it is not in Logger. And it is not viable to adjust the OS timezone to change the display. Manual timezone conversion is painful and error-prone.

This request is to make the display timezone in Logger user-configurable. This can also help users to display events in their local timezone when using Loggers hosted in a different timezone.

This feature request was also submitted under SD02167652.
