Is there a way to monitor an Active list

and send notifications or generate an event whenever certain values are inserted into it ?

Hi Maged,

Sure, you can do that with the following events:

FileName will contain the name of your list and FilePath will refer to URI as in /All Active Lists/.....

I also found the active  list entry values in custom string 4

and previous values in custom string 5

Hey y'all,

Does anyone know the maximum number of items/entries allowed for an active list or that may be stored on a list? I have lists with ~100k entries, etc. What's the limit? Please advise, thanks.
