ArcMC installation successfull, but not working!

I have a problem with the arcmc. After installing the 2.80 software, on my centos7 server, the services do not go up. Here is the problem:

[root@arcmc bin]# ./arcmcd status

Process 'apache' running
Process 'aps' initializing
Process 'postgresql' Connection failed
Process 'web' initializing

./arcmcd restart
Stopping all components...
arcmc stopped successfully.
Starting all components...
Error: Failed to start arcmc.

And when I try to open the web page, I have the following result:

"The application is currently unavailable. Please retry shortly."

Re: ArcMC installation successfull, but not working!

Hello @PeSeKa ,

Is this an upgrade or a clean installation and it never starts when booting up the first time?

I would recommend starting by tailing the server.log while starting up the system, ensure all services are stopped first and check "ps -ef" that no ArcSight services is still hanging, then start everything up.

If server.log returns too much informational messages, feel free to grep for "ERROR" and it should be a bit more clear on what the issue is.

Please let me know if you manage to get it resolved!
