ArcSight Logger - Can't Login - Session 'timeout' on login
We tried Updating the logger from version 6.1 to 6.2. it took around 2 hours then the web restarted and logs us out.
We tried loging in but it returns to the login page. I've notice the it says "session time out" before redirecting us back to login page.
SSH is accessible and all processes are running.
Has anyone experienced this case? What do I do?
