These some messages in a specific log. Do you have an actual problem? Also you 500GB is the base license or an addon?

Hello,

I would advise to create Service Request and there you could provide the license and it could be tested/checked or simply you need to reset the license/s on your Logger and apply the same license again.

So please create Service Request for further assistance, thank you for the understanding.
