Cannot find logs for case creation?

I am looking to monitor how many cases have been created. Following this I would like to create a report on weekly case creation, however, I am unable to find the log that informs me of when a case has been created.

 

Any suggestions?

Hello Chris,

You need to look for an arcsight event with the Device Event Class ID resource:102 and the name Case inserted.

You should be able to create your report based on these 2 fields.
