Changing time zone?

How do I change the timezone of all the reports in HP ArcSight?

Currently it s displayed in UTC and I want to change it to some other timezone.

Hello,

Try going into preferences and Date & Time tab to check there if you can switch to another timezone or set the time to be viewed as you want to. There is a choice to express all timezones as GMT on my console. You can always just tick that!

Ok so what you mean is that you want to convert to another GMT for reports only ? Because UTC is not a timezone but a time standard. I believe that your current console gets the time/date from your system settings. So maybe changing your system settings can trigger the same change on your console. This is a workaround I can think.

Concerning a more solid solution I would suggest going into system settings. Open console.defaults.properties with an editor like notepad++ and navigate to this section: Report properties. There navigate to "default time zone for table component".

Hope it helps.
