Command Center - Active Channel time range problem.
Hi to all,
I have one question regarding creating Active Channels from Dashboard fields in Command Center.
My problem is, that I cant find way to change time range regarding Active Channel, that is started as investigation of some event from dashboard (for exampe; I create Active channel for some specific SourceUserName that is selected from dashboard field )
Active channel is automaticaly created, but it takes some start and end time, regarding time range of events in specific dashboard panel, usaually too long time range for further analysys.
Workaround is to save Active chanel, and than edit Active Chanel, and time frame. but its not elegant in any way 🙂
