Copy paste details from events to case details

In 4.0 our group has created a field set that contains the minimum details that an analyst would need to copy and past into the case description.

In 5.0 we no longer can select all fields and Control - C. When copying it only will copy the selected cell and not all cells. Is there an easy way around this or maybe some silly setting somewhere that can fix this?
