Cross Platform Integration command

I want to run a python script via an integration command, but I need to spycify a working directory and program in the Integration Target (I'm trying to specify these items so that our scripts work witha  specific version of Python). I'd prefer not making two integration commands that the user has to choose between with hard-coded paths (as I'd have to maintian two commands each time I made one). How have you accomplished this? Can a variable be assigned with the Linux/Mac or Windows path that is called when the ArcSight Console is launched?Any insights or advice are welcome. Thanks!
