Default internal event storage group stores what

The default internal event storage group stores the internal activites, but does anyhow know what internal activities does it mean? and is it possible to extract this events.?

From my best knowledge,  default internal event storage group stores all events generated by ArcSight itself: System health check events, rule-triggered events, Active/Session list add events, Resource update/delete/create events and so on.

You can extract them in CSV/PDF/xls via report or even in Active channel. ArcSight has in-built filter for Internal events.

This mainly any System generated or related events - mostly health checks, device up or down, connector cacheing etc
