Device Status Monitoring- Dashboard not working

I have enable device status monitoring. I also have import my asset into critical devices list. But there are no data in dashboard eventhough the dashboard is Active Critical Devices. Do you have any idea why my dashboard not working? or i have any steps that are not done?
