Devices by Device type Starburst no longer populates after upgrading to Smart connector version 7.9.

Devices by Device type Starburst no longer populates after upgrading to Smart connector version 7.9.x

We recently upgraded all the conectors to version 7.9..0.8084. After the upgrade the starburst on the dash board screen of ArcMC show  zero. We have upgraded the ArcMC to version 2.8.1 as instructed by support, but no change.

Has anyone else seen this issue and have an idea of what is causing the error in devices by device type.? 2018-07-23_15-42-49.png

Hello,

I cleared the data and restarted, but the issue remains.

I also was unable to find any file named ps.adptracing or ps (anything)

Thoughts?

Which version of ArcMC did you upgrade from? And did you get any issues?

From what i can see, the only part that is failing is it's ADPLicense check every 10 minutes + another error about non unique license ID every 30 minutes.

You are now running with the new ADP licensing right?

@Marius2

Oddly, we didn't actually upgrade the ArcMC at first. We upgraded the smart connector framework to 7.9.0.8084 from 7.7.x. After the framework was upgraded the Starburst stopped working. I recently upgraded one of out test ArcMC to 2.8.1 and the problem remained. I notice no operational issues, other than the fact the starburst no longer works.

I have not changed the ADP licenses yet. What is the latest version?

Does anyone have any solutions or ideas or are we waiting for a developer team?

Our problem occurred after the new installation ArcMC (2.8.1), but Connectors are upgraded from 7.7 framework version to 7.9 version.

After upgrade to Framework 7.10 nothing new. Is this problem only at ArcMC 2.8.1 with upgraded connector framework 7.9+?

There is a Hotfix from support to fix this issue. You have to open a ticket with them and request the hotfix.

Once you install it, it will fix the error.
