If you mean SSO in terms of login once to any system, then automatically login anywhere else then unfortunately it does not have this possibility at this moment.

If you are thinking about central authentication, like LDAP or Active Directory to utilize your domain account to login, then yes this is supported.

I agree with Marius

At the moment you can utilize the following authentication mechanisms 

-Radius
-Active Directory
-LDAP

There are several dependencies to keep in mind, e.g. the admin account would also require authentication through the external chosen authentication method.

Keep in mind that while thinking out the Architecture of said mechanism you take into account single point of failures as this may result in users being not able to log in, if there is no connection to the external access control system.
