ESM integration with uCMDB 2019

Hi all,

I really need to understand how  integrate Microfocus uCMDB 2019 (05) with ESM to load and keep assets updated for a proper network model configuration. The support told me that it's "unsupported" and that it was supported up to 6.8. IMHO it' really strange that two key products of the same vendor aren't integrated by default. It's like saying "network model is crucial in ESM configuration, but don't think of integrating with ours CMDB!". I know about the flex asset connector, but how to check if uCMDB can produce a proper CSV file with the fields needed to add, update and delete assets?
