Fatal exception while configuring ESM

Hi Experts,

While configuring ESM appliance (HP proliant DL380 g9) version 6.11 we encountered a Fatal Exception in set up arcsight storage and it exited the first boot wizard.

I checked the fbwizard log file and found below , please help in resolving the issue.

Hi Sandeep,

try to do this before configure the ESM:

.... adding in the host file, as soon as the software installation started, opening another ssh connection to the ESM, the hostname I assigned to the machine.

It worked , I just edited the host file and it configured without any error
