How to get console access of logger L3200 appliance?

Hi,

I was upgrading our L3200 logger from 5.3.0 to 5.3.1 after process completed logger rebooted but never came up not able to ssh or ping. small LCD on appliance does not show anything. So I tried get access of console using crossover cable but didnt help nothing was on screen all black, I tried attaching monitor and keyboard, keyboard gets on but again monitor shows black, nothing. tried maintenance port also.

So I went for another loggger which is up and working but same issue with it not able to get console access , kindly help.
