How to import connector arb

We have two ESMs and would like to move all our content from one ESM to another (they are 6.11s). We can see all the connectors when we import the connectors' arb file, but they are all down. How do we get them to be up? Do we have to do every single connector separately or is there a way to install the proper certificates and reregister the destinations?
