How to make ESM send notification about cases?
I am currently using rules to create cases. I would like ESM to send notification email when new case is created. What is the most efficient way to do this?
I couldn't find any questions or documentation regarding this. I also couldn't find a way to do case rules or filters.

You can set the rule that creates the case also to send an email in the actions tab
another option is to create another rule which will trigger on an internal events that a case was created / updated
