How to separate 8443 port into multi ports for different services

Jump to solution

Hi HPE:
I would like to know how to separate 8443 port into multi ports for different services. In HPE document, 8443 port is default used for SmartConnectors, ArcSight Command Center, and ArcSight Console to Manager communication. Could I use different ports for above services ?For example, SmartConnectors is 8444 ,ArcSight Command Center is 8445 and ArcSight Console is 8446.

Yes you may use ports other then defaults in Manager configuration.

You cannot have separate ports for Connectors and Command Center since manager can listen on one port at a time which is used by Connectors & ArcSight Cmd center. If you change it to 8444 then all the components will need to be configured on 8444 but cannot have specific port for individual components.

Manager only allows you to customize ESM (default 8443) and Web Console (default 9443 ports.

Hope this helps.
