I need to reinstall the ArcSight logger software (6.1). Where can I find software installers and info about my license keys?

We currently don't have a Support Agreement with HP - (HP refused to renew, as 6.1 is eol at the end of April), so I'm self-help only at this stage.

We have active licensing & ArcSight has been running fine, but we were forced to move recently as part of a laarger DC migration.

try asking the vendor/professional services that helped your company to set up the environment?

Even if you are out of a support contract, you can still get the licenses. They are perpetual licenses and hence you can access them at any time. I would use the normal license site for them and download them as normal. If you don't have access to this, I would open a support ticket (trust based) and ask them to sort out access to the license center or to provide the licenses.

As for the software, do you not have it anywhere? Not sure if this is the right version, but you can download one from my dropbox:
