ISSFAILURE : Interactive Session Down
While generating report , error message is coming like subject line. Please give me some suggestion .
Are all the Arcsight servics up and running? It's possible there might be an issue with MySql database or perhaps manager->database connectivity issues.
Run 'arcsight_services status' to confirm that all Arcsigth processes are 'available'. If the services are available' then I suggest you tail the server.log file and see if you get any errors/exceptions when you run the report.
