Inactive devices in ArcMc..
I have some issue's with ArcMc, the "devices" row is empty. Even after a restart of the ArcMc services.
Any idea? We run the following version: HPE Security ArcSight Management Center : 184.108.40.2061.0

There is a hotfix for this issue. Please open a support ticket to get the hotfix.
Hotfix should be for v2.8.1 but I'm not sure. There are significant improvements on 2.8.1, I recommend upgrading.
