Is It Possible To Create A Report That Is Real Time?

e.g., send out a report everytime a cat 1 case is created? right now i have a static report that queries the cases every 4 hours, but is it possible for it to run like a rule and trigger a report if the case is created?

if that is not possible is it at least possible for it to NOT send out a blank report if there has not been any cases created in the past x hours?

Answers are no and no ( didn't check on the V5 but it shouldn't be different )

I'm quite sure these topics have already been discussed on the forum in the past, you should have a look if you need further details.
