Is it possible to share pre-built active channels between analysts?

Some of the more experienced analysts have recommended building out particular channels for our environment but if it's as simple as importing what they've already built I'd much rather do that.  Thank you!

Absolutely! The system was specifically designed to allow this!

Basically, just put the active channel and associated filters into a shared group. You can create a group under the resource tree in the left hand pane and then just tell the other analysts to look there - its dynamic and will appear when you copy the resources.

How to copy the resources? Just drag and drop as needed - you will be presented with the option to copy, move or link. Pretty obvious to be honest, but move moves it from the original location to the new one. Copy makes a copy and link places a link back to the original location.

The only issue is making sure the other analysts can see the group you have created. Which is down to the access controls that you might have setup. I would speak to who ever manages the system and make sure you have a location where you can share content and that other users / analysts can see and access the content.

There's also a "Public" group folder that by default is shared and available to other ESM users.  You can either leverage the Public group folder or create a new folder group like Paul suggested.  It just depends how you want to organize and manage the content.
