From HP ArcSight Logger 6.0 Support Matrix. 6.0 is not supported on Lx200 appliances. The max upgrad is to 5.5 P1

I believe that Logger 6 is not supported on the Lx200 appliances. Note that their end of life is close (May 2015).

Update -> Max upgrade for X200 appliances would be 5.5 P2.

It does not include any bug fixes, but time zone and security updates.

As pointed out, its not supported but there are migration options to move to a supported platform. There is a migration tool to do this and you can move to appliance or software models.
