Localization for db connector

Hello All,

The target dbms is Oracle and the character set is "US7ASCII".

So, the korean character is broken.

Are there any solution about this situation ?

If issue is that Korean characters are saved in OraDB with US7ASCII encoding, there is no way as only to rebuild DB with correct charset, UTF8 for example.

How about this solution ?

select UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_VARCHAR2(UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW(column_name)) from table_name
