Logger event summary no display

Hi,

Have anyone encounter logger event summary no display?

Hello,

if you do not see anything in the Logger GUI -> Summary page:
a) try different browser (clear history between attempts)
b) if this does not help I would advice to create Service Request with ArcSight Technical Support to review the issue in more details (you could provide screenshots of issue and Logger snapshot of logs)

it might be one of your service, not run.. have tried to stop web service and start again? what about other pages? do you able to view them?

I can see the summary page, but not the chart. all other pages able to view
