Logging of Archive actions

AE 4.0 appliance

Does anyone know if ArcSight manager keeps some sort of log or recorded file of when it performs an archive function? I'm asking because every time we restart the manager service a message is sent to us saying Logger Archival --Failed archival of archive 20161027. Archival of 20161027 FAILED: EventArchive.key.6.

We have the actual archive file + supplemental on our backup server so it did happen but even in the management console it's not listed as archived (attached). We do notice that the file size of the supplemental doc is smaller than all the other supplement docs for every other archive so maybe some error happened while archiving and a log or something in the manager remembers this error. I'm thinking that's why it sends us a message at each reboot.

If there is some log or something that has an error logged, can I just got remove that line?

On a related note, is there a command or something on the backend that we can make the manager ingest an archive file, it should show up then so we can archive it? But that's probably not a good idea if the archive was corrupted during archive.
