No Event Received on Console while connectors are UP
Hello Team,
Please since a couple of days we noticed that our reports are empty. We then went to the console create channel with filter on each connector but no event comes.
The connectors are Running and the servers from which we get logs too.
We don't know where to start to solve this.
And the service is totally down

Hi,
Were you able to see the connector internal events on your channel?
If yes then check the agent.log/agent.wrapper log file to see if any errors are thrown. If you see errors then act accordingly (refer to posts on this space relevant to the errors you come across).
If you don't see any errors on the agent log files then check if the logs are sent to the connector (you did not mention what connectors are these. For ex: if this is a syslog connector then do a 'tcpdump' on your connector server to ensure the logs are delivered).
Check for the above and post your results.

All the connectors are impacted. I'll check what you proposed and feedback
