Not Able to Connect DB2 from my 7.6 Connector installed on Linux

Dear Experts,

I am trying to Connect IBM DB2 v10.5 from my Arcsight 7.6 connector installed in Linux Platform, Throwing below error.

CLI0615E Error Receiving from Socket, server is not responding. SQLSTATE=08S01

I am Using Driver : COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.net.DB2Driver
URL : jdbc:db2://host_name:port_number/database_name

As Checked , Arcsight Framework is using JDBC 2.0 version for DB2 Driver.

Can you Please help me to answer below questions ?

1) From which location I can get the default driver using by framework to connect DB2, So that I can test locally with that driver to make sure it is not Driver version compatibility issue

2) How I can override DB2 Driver with new versions ?

3) What would the possible reason for the error ?
