Hi,

We have ESM 6.8c in our environment.

However, we are not able to open URL https://<your manager>:8443/arcsight/web/manage.jsp.​.

Previously it was working fine. We tried restarting arcsight_web service, but result was same.

Check that your arcsight_web and logger_web processes are started.

Also what version of ESM are you running?

Thank for the reply.

We are running ESM 6.8c. Both arcsight_web and logger_web services are running. We are able to access command center as well.
