Orphaned destination cache data

We have a system error on one of the destination - ArcSight Logger, causing the ArcSight Logger server to malfunction and need to be rebuilt.

Due to the rebuilt, we have multiple cache data with orphaned destination ID, unable to clear off and seating in the agentdata folder of each connectors.

Now with the new ArcSight Logger is up and running, it's destination ID is no longer the same, and those orphaned cache data are not being clear.

Need advise how to send these old destination ID cache data into the new Logger destination?
