Restarting ArcMC container processes from the command line

Jump to solution

Does anyone know if there is a command line way to restart ArcMC container processes? I am assuming there has to be, but I'm not sure what the command would be. I would like to be able to script container restarts instead of having to manually restarting the processes via the GUI.

Thanks in advance!

I figured it out on my own. The commands are:

/etc/init.d/arc_appliance_connector_X start

/etc/init.d/arc_appliance_connector_X stop

/etc/init.d/arc_appliance_connector_X restart

…where X is the container number.

UPDATE -  HP indicated that container restarts could be issued this way as well:

/opt/local/monit/bin/monit restart connector_x
