Smart Connector for Trend Micro Control Manager Client Status?

Hi,

is there anyone using the smart connector for trend micro getting informations in arcsight.

the connector itself ist up and running. the only events I get are the virus infaction of client.

The update processes of clients witch faild and all other informations are missing.

Is there any setting i need to do to get more information from the Trend DB?
