Well, your logger should have an encrypted and compressed feed from your connection appliance or ArcMC. If you have syslog set up on the arcmc/conapp then this is very easy. Have an external script loop through the log files and netcat them into your ArcMC which will parse and relay to the logger. Bash is an easy way to do this:

##Loop through all your files in the directory put that path/filename into a variable like "file".

#For each file loop through the file and look for CEF formatted lines (you can reformat standard logs and put them in CEF format too)

while read line; do

     if [[ $line == *"CEF"* ]]; then

          echo $line | nc -w 1 ${ip_of_ARCMC} 514

     fi

done < $file

If you schedule this, you could easily drop files in this directory and have them automatically get uploaded into the system.
