how to collect windows 2012 using snare

Greetings Folks,

Exsitingly i have arcsight syslog connector installed. I would like to try collecting windows logs using snare agent. I'm stuck since i can't see the host ip in syslog.properites and no logs are coming in. Appreciate if someone could help me.
