logger user acount - AD integration over mysql

Hi,

AD integration on user group level is needed due to restrict search query on loger serach screen, but unf. logger only auth. user over AD , just let user in but no aware about AD user group or other AD features. So we think about a way to get AD user rights with a powershell convert it to a format and add it to logger user table via mysql commands but i cant find table for user information could you please help me to find in which table deos logger store user information and is it possible to import user in this way or another . we know that to restrict users on local user management way but my customer wants to integrate it via AD groups name automatically so i have to find a way to do this.

Re: logger user acount - AD integration over mysql

Hi,

User information is stored in postgres database in table public.users, however I believe it has relationships with other tables as well, not sure if you can add users directly there.

Simple query to user table:

/opt/current/arcsight/bin/psql -U web -d rwdb

rwdb=# SELECT * from public.users;
