missing uninstallerdata folder

i'm trying to uninstall the agent for my windows server.

however the folder $ARCSIGHT_HOME\current\uninstallerdata is missing. how do i proceed with uninstalling the agent?

have you tried using "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" ?

i found it "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" but if i uninstall via this way, will i need to restart the server/host?

In most cases server restart not needed.

Hi,

Uninstaller are not critical for the ArcSight Connector.

You may just unregister connector service using runagentsetup and delete connectors folder.

It's all.
