new user issue

Hi All,

In our environment we AD authentication for all arcsight login. I have added a user (With same AD user name)  in admin group, but error occurring stating user ID or password is incorrect.

ArcSight express 4.0

the rest user IDs are working fine, where i have added the new user.

how to get confirm the group is "Allowed user group"

You have to run manager setup and check for the information as below,

To start the wizard, run the following from /opt/arcsight/manager/bin directory: ./arcsight managersetup
